In the kitchen, we have five family members cooking. Each one of us has a specialty. Momma Jenneifer who makes the cheese sauce. Don, My oldest brother who makes the noodles. Sandy My younger sister toast bread and makes the sand whiches. Me, Paityn, Serving, and My dearest Father Paul who seasons and cooks the chicken. I grew up cooking and working in this food truck and it has been one of my favorite memories since I was a kid.
